Wayne Davis
1946-1991
Safety is not just a policy at Davis Demolition LLC — it is deeply personal.
Owner Scott Davis grew up in the industrial construction industry beginning at the age of 16, traveling across the country working on complex projects within industrial manufacturing facilities and heavy construction environments. Throughout his career, he has worked at some of the nation’s largest industrial and manufacturing companies including Mead Paper, Georgia Power, Alabama Power, Air Products, Zep Manufacturing, and many others.
In 1991, Scott’s father, Wayne Davis, was tragically killed in a construction accident at a manufacturing plant in South Carolina at just 44 years old. That life-changing loss created a profound awareness and respect for jobsite safety that has remained with Scott throughout his entire career.
For more than 35 years, Scott has worked in some of the most demanding, technical, and hazardous construction and demolition environments in the industry. Through that experience, safety has never become routine — it has remained the foundation of every project, every meeting, and every decision.
Proudly, Scott has maintained a loss-time injury free record since 2006.
At Davis Demolition LLC, every project begins with one primary objective: ensuring every person on the jobsite goes home safely to their family at the end of the day exactly as they arrived.
When you partner with Davis Demolition LLC, you can be confident that safety will always come first.
