Throughout his career, Scott has successfully managed and executed projects across the commercial, industrial, manufacturing, educational, and structural demolition sectors throughout the Southeast.

Over the course of his experience, Scott has been involved in the safe demolition and deconstruction of more than 13 million square feet under roof, ranging from complex industrial facilities and manufacturing plants to schools, warehouses, commercial buildings, and large-scale structural demolition projects. His background includes structural demolition, selective interior demolition, industrial dismantling, rigging, concrete removal, equipment relocation, and plant shutdown support.

Scott is known for his hands-on leadership style, strong work ethic, and commitment to professional execution. His experience working directly with owners, general contractors, project managers, and industrial clients has helped build a reputation centered on safety, integrity, communication, and performance.

Zach Davis serves as the Director of Field Operations for Davis Demolition LLC and represents the next generation of leadership within the company. Having grown up in the demolition industry and around demolition projects from an early age, Zach developed firsthand knowledge and experience in the demanding world of commercial, industrial, and structural demolition.

With a strong understanding of complex demolition operations, Zach plays a key role in field execution, project coordination, safety oversight, and daily operations. His hands-on experience in active demolition environments has given him the ability to adapt to challenging project conditions while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
